Privacy notice | New Breeds Agency

Information you share

Host applications ask for your name, WhatsApp number, optional BIGO ID, experience and interests. PK requests ask for your BIGO ID, WhatsApp number, preferred time, match preference and any host or partner pictures you choose to upload.

Why we use it

We use these details to review applications, respond to requests, arrange possible PK connections, prepare possible PK flyers and help with agency onboarding. Submissions and pictures are visible to the authorised agency owner. Upload someone else’s picture only with their permission. Pictures are not automatically published or sent.

AI flyers

Approved hosts can create PK and event flyers. When you confirm permission and request generation, your flyer details and uploaded pictures are sent to OpenAI to create the design. Upload another person’s picture only with their permission. Generated flyers are shown to you and are not automatically published or sent. Download the result before leaving the page. The studio does not save a gallery of your generated flyers. We record usage counts to control generation limits.

Host learning access

We check your BIGO ID against the latest uploaded agency list without distinguishing capital and lowercase letters. Registration also asks for a WhatsApp number and a website password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never readable passwords. The agency verifies account ownership before approving access. A temporary cookie keeps your session active for up to 24 hours. Each request checks approval and current membership again. Contact the agency for identity verification or account recovery.

Website statistics

We collect page visits, feature interactions, active time, device and browser categories, referring website names and approximate country, region and city to improve the website. Location comes from network information, not GPS. A first-party analytics cookie counts a browser during the current Nigerian calendar day; it resets daily. A session cookie expires after 30 minutes without recorded activity. Statistics are visible only to the agency owner. We do not store raw IP addresses, passwords, verification codes, chat text or form contents in analytics. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Counts are estimates and may omit blocked tracking or known bots.

Contact and corrections

To ask about, correct or request removal of a submission or picture, contact New Breeds Agency on WhatsApp at 08163988264 and include your submission reference. Do not send account passwords or verification codes.
